The Role Our Technical Consultants are experts in optimising the creation, testing, deployment and operation of software and delivering technical and consulting excellence. Responsibilities and Duties: Consulting Delivery Leads the delivery of client projects to deliver billable consulting services around our partner products. Participates in the full project life cycle, taking ideas from concept through full deployment. Applies project management methodology effectively in a wide variety of situations and adapts methodology to new situations. Uses technical competence and implementation experience to develop functional and technical solution skills. Passion to learn new skills and an ability to work with limited supervision. (These responsibilities account for on average 90% of a Technical Consultant's working week.) Pre-sales Assists in the creation of detailed sales proposals. Conducts technical demos and participates in customer calls when necessary. (These responsibilities account for on average 5% of a Technical Consultant's working week.) Leadership Acting as the accountable consultant for client engagements. Ability to motivate others and always be available to lend a helping hand. May be given responsibility as a team coach, leading and mentoring small teams of up to 8 members. (These responsibilities account for on average 5% of a Technical Consultant's working week.) Your profile Qualifications and Skills: Essential Nice to have A relevant and strong degree within a STEM subject and to a 2:1 minimum Experience with Atlassian products and services, either administrating or as a user, including Jira and Confluence (accreditations preferred) 2 years working in IT consultancy or a technical customer facing role Experience with Cloud Platforms, for example AWS, Azure or GCP Experience working on technical implementation projects, such as digital transformations, migrations, complex setup and configuration of tooling Experience with modern technical frameworks and concepts, such as DevOps, Agile or Scaled Agile Experience using a range of programming languages and operating systems, such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript or similar Experience working with a sales team to respond to RFP's Why us?
