Catch 22 is working with an education provider based in SW11 who is on the lookout for an experienced Estates Coordinator.
Working hours: 7:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday (overtime available), 40 hours per week.
Pay: £16.82 per hour.
Duties include:
1. Knowledge of budgets and experience in financial management.
2. Database management and the ability to manage a large number of OneDrive files and folders.
3. Responsible for implementing and organising the school's current key system, and identifying ways to improve and streamline.
4. Work with the school's contractors to build strong relationships and, with the help of HR and the H&S Advisor, administer the school's Approved Contractor Procedure.
5. Assist in managing departmental stores, ensuring routine supplies are stocked.
6. Work on procurement for the Estates department, ordering items as required.
7. Assist with compliance matters to help the Estates department be ISI inspection ready.
8. Provide reports from various school systems as needed.
Requirements: Must have an Enhanced DBS check.
This is a temporary vacancy starting ASAP, which could lead to a permanent role.
