•To significantly accelerate market share (customer base) & brand footprint through both retention of existing and acquisition of new clients aligned to Schwarzkopf Professional, Authentic Beauty Concept, STMNT Grooming & SalonLab&Me brand values
•Significantly develop Key City brand footprints in the South of England with a major focus on London
•Establish key client relations with leading customers in the direct channel
•Drive value add sales approach through strong cross functional collaboration
•Accelerate NPI distribution to drive value per door (SOW)
•Strong negotiation of commercial agreements
