The Role
Join our distribution team as a Delivery Crew Members For the Medway Kent area.
You will work alongside a driver to deliver, assemble, residential waste bins across the region. This is a fast-paced, physical role where you'll be an essential part of a three-person team ensuring our community stays clean and organized.
Key Responsibilities
* Efficient Unloading: Safely offload bins from the delivery vehicle at designated residential and commercial addresses.
* Rapid Assembly: Use basic hand tools to snap on wheels, lids, and axles quickly and correctly on-site.
* Mapping & Navigation: Assist the driver with navigation and identifying specific house numbers or drop-off points.
* Heavy Maneuvering: Pushing, pulling, and stacking large quantities of bins (often in "nests") to maximize space.
* Quality Control: Ensure every bin delivered is free of defects and placed in the correct location without obstructing pathways.

Requirements
* Previous experience in manual labor, removals, or warehouse work is a plus.

* Reliability—when the truck leaves at 6:30 am, the crew needs to be ready
