Job Summary
The Care Navigator plays a crucial role in assisting individuals in navigating the complexities of healthcare services. Duties
* Assist clients in understanding their healthcare options and available services.
* Coordinate appointments and follow-up care, ensuring that all necessary information is communicated effectively.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and care plans using data entry skills.
* Utilise Microsoft Office for documentation and communication purposes
* Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling client inquiries and concerns.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to facilitate client needs and ensure continuity of care.
* Organise schedules and manage administrative tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
Experience
* Previous office experience is essential, with a strong emphasis on administrative tasks.
* Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong organisational skills are required to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Demonstrated clerical experience, including data entry and record management.
* Excellent typing skills to ensure accurate documentation of client information.
* Prior experience in a healthcare setting or related field is preferred but not essential.
