Position
The Sales Advisor is a customer-facing retail role within a newly opening, design-led furniture store in London. As one of the first team members in this location, you will play a key role in shaping the in-store experience, welcoming customers, understanding their needs and guiding them through considered furniture purchases. The role combines sales, service, visual standards and day-to-day store support, contributing to a seamless and inspiring showroom environment. This role includes weekend working and shift patterns to support late store openings. Part time opportunities also available.
Candidate
The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and confident sales professional with experience in retail, ideally within furniture, interiors or premium lifestyle brands. You are customer-focused, personable and comfortable engaging face-to-face, with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for interiors and design. You are flexible and adaptable, happy to work weekends and late shifts as required, and motivated by achieving sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.
