This role is responsible for driving customer satisfaction, overseeing delivery performance, handling escalations, and ensuring internal teams meet all contractual and operational commitments.

Job Description
* Act as the main point of contact for your designated key customer.
* Maintain strong long-term relationships and understand customer needs.
* Coordinate with internal teams to support on-time delivery.
* Track programme performance and participate in customer reviews.
* Oversee contract, schedule, and quality performance.
* Maintain reporting systems and lead business reviews with the customer.
* Provide after-sales support and manage escalations to ensure customer satisfaction.
Essential Experience & Qualifications
* 5–10 years in the aircraft/aerospace industry.
* Leadership experience, with ability to influence cross-functional teams.
* Degree in Business Management or related field.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Understanding of aviation systems and programme management.
