Account Director, Content (Film/Television/Streaming)
Sunshine Sachs Morgan & Lylis is proud to represent clients across many industries including entertainment, social good, tech and lifestyle, and we tell their stories through a variety of media. While many of our clients are household names, our digital footprint is purposefully small – we fly under the radar and we like it that way.
We have an immediate opening for an Account Director in our London office on the Film/Television/Streaming team. This role is ideal for someone with at least seven years’ experience who has a strong background in media relations, established press contacts, and a deep understanding of the entertainment industry’s many facets including festivals, awards, and the new streaming landscape.

* Leading account teams and managing projects from start to finish.
* Developing and executing comprehensive integrated media and communications strategies.
* Building impactful, trusting relationships with clients.
* Managing complex client issues and guiding clients through stressful situations with thoughtful counsel.
* Leading new‑business meetings and creating proposals as needed.
* Partnering and collaborating with senior colleagues on integrated (and bi‑coastal) accounts.
* Training and mentoring junior staff on PR, media relations, and overall client management.
* Responding to client requests promptly and ensuring they are handled efficiently.
You Should Apply If
* You have at least eight years of public relations experience, focused on film and television.
* You are a strong writer – persuasive, concise, creative, and quick.
* You maintain a growing list of relationships with entertainment media and can leverage those for impactful media opportunities.
* You are a strategic thinker who brings fresh ideas to the table and enjoys brainstorming.
* You possess an innate curiosity and an entrepreneurial spirit.
* You are extremely organized, detail‑oriented, and able to excel at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* You enjoy over‑delivering rather than merely meeting expectations and take genuine pride in contributing to something meaningful.
