As a Barista at Sodexo,you'll craft exceptional coffee and serve delicious food from our diverse menu— think cakes, sandwiches, wraps, paninis, and toasties. Located at Royal Stoke Hospital, you'll help create a welcoming environment thateases the stress of hospital visits by offering warm hospitality and friendly,professional conversations with patients, staff, and visitors alike.

What you’ll do:
* Keep your workspace clean, organised, and in line with food safety and hygiene standards
* Operate and maintain coffee machines and related equipment
* Support preparation of retail/ food produce for daily service
* Provide excellent customer service while handling transactions at the till
* Follow Sodexo’s cash-handling policies to ensure security and accuracy
* Maintain allergen safety/ knowledge at all times, ensuring guest safety
What you bring:
* A friendly attitude, strong communication skills, and a great team spirit
* Experience with espresso machines or a willingness to learn barista skills and food prep
* Confidence using a cash register or EPOS system
* A passion for creating a clean, safe, and positive environment
* Able to work effectively as a team
* Flexibility to be able to cover all hours required
