Location: Haywards Heath & Surrounding Areas
Contract: Temporary / Full-Time / Part-Time – Flexible Days
Salary: Paid to scale (M1–UPS3) or £130–£150 per day
Hours: School hours (typically 08:30–15:30)

We’re seeking qualified teachers to join our supply team in Haywards Heath and the surrounding areas. Each day brings a new classroom, new pupils and fresh challenges—ideal for teachers who thrive on variety and want to keep their practice dynamic and engaging.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Delivering engaging lessons across primary and secondary settings
* Creating positive, inclusive learning environments
* Adapting quickly to different schools, subjects and age groups
* Supporting pupil progress and behaviour
* Working collaboratively with school staff and following school policies
What We’re Looking For
* UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience in primary, secondary or both
* Confident classroom management skills
* Adaptable, reliable and enthusiastic approach
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
* Ability to plan, deliver and assess lessons independently
