Job Summary:
Are you ready to take the reins of a bustling dental laboratory and lead it to new heights? Look no further We are a premier private dental laboratory located in Brentwood Essex, and we're seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Laboratory Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.
Duties:
– Manage and oversee all aspects of laboratory operations
– Ensure compliance with laboratory policies and procedures
– Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and reliability of results
– Supervise laboratory staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
– Maintain stock of laboratory supplies and equipment
– Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely results
– Troubleshoot any issues or problems that arise in the laboratory
Experience:
– Previous experience working in a laboratory would be preferable but not essential
– Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and protocols ***
– Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
– Proficiency in IT systems
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
