The role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Transformation Officer who demonstrates our core values and wants to build a rewarding career within a top tier firm.
This is a permanent contract, assisting with driving organisational change across the Trust Group through the enhancement of processes through technology. The role has a key focus on managing data processes, considering AI and automation, assisting with IT projects and providing operational support to project leaders.
The responsibilities
You’ll be working in a friendly and progressive environment as a member of the team to undertake a broad range of duties including:
* overseeing data management processes and ensure data integrity, working with client teams to improve data quality
* gathering, interpreting, and summarising data from various sources to produce insightful documents that aid decision‑making
* utilising data analysis tools and software to perform tasks, whilst keeping up to date on new and emerging tools and technologies
* assisting with IT related tasks including managing hardware and software applications and register
* supporting transformation initiatives by coordinating activities that promote business improvements and align with organisational goals
* leveraging knowledge of techniques, methods, and procedures to enhance and streamline operational and administrative activities
* planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within scope. Adapting to short‑term priorities, effectively balancing competing demands
* supporting less experienced team members by guiding and encouraging their professional growth
* guiding teams through change of processes to aid their understanding of new systems and technologies
You
* very good technical knowledge and understanding to enable delivery of a range of activities within business transformation and technology enhancement
* experience working with PowerBI would be desirable but is not essential
* may have attained or be working towards a relevant qualification, along with meeting your CPD requirements
* effective communication skills and the ability to converse with a range of people along with the ability to produce documentation of a slight to moderately complex nature with high accuracy and attention to detail
* ability to identify and resolve slight to moderately complex issues, with support and direction
* pro‑active and self‑sufficient to meet deadlines and objectives, with support and direction as required
* ability to work to specified standards and service levels along with demonstrating a wider thought process around tasks, such as potential impact of actions and associated risk
* lead by example by evidencing a positive and committed approach
