Traffic Marshall / Labourer - Farnham (Complex Logistics) Rate: £17.00 per hour (CIS, Direct PAYE, or Umbrella available) Location: Farnham, Surrey Start: Mid-April 2026 | Duration: 10 Months Atkinson Baker Associates are currently recruiting an experienced Traffic Marshall on behalf of a highly respected Specialist Main Contractor. The Project & The Role This is a long-term project based in Farnham on a logistically challenging site. Because the site has difficult access and a high level of interface with the general public, we need a confident, experienced Traffic Marshall who can handle complex vehicle movements safely and professionally. Please note: Due to the size and nature of the project, this is a dual role. When the gate is quiet and deliveries are complete, you will be expected to support the site team with general labouring duties, site maintenance, and keeping the footprint tidy. Your duties will include: Safely banking lorries, plant, and deliveries in and out of a tight-access site. Managing the site gate, signing in visitors, and ensuring pedestrian safety. Dealing professionally with the general public and minimizing disruption. Undertaking general site labouring and housekeeping when not banking vehicles. Requirements Essential: Valid CSCS Card. Essential: Valid Traffic Banksman / Traffic Marshall Ticket. Essential: Proven experience working on logistically difficult sites with significant public interaction. Essential: Willingness to undertake labouring duties alongside gate management. Desirable: Basic First Aid certificate (highly advantageous). What's on Offer Pay Rate: £17.00 per hour.
