Responsibilities
* Precision fabrication and TIG welding of high-performance exhaust components
* Working with exotic materials including Inconel, Titanium, and Stainless Steel
* Reading and interpreting complex technical and engineering drawings
* Using specialist fabrication tools including tube benders, notchers, and forming equipment
* Performing in-process quality checks to ensure components meet stringent tolerances
* Collaborating with engineers and quality teams to ensure project deadlines and standards are met
* Supporting lean manufacturing and continuous improvement processes within the workshop
Qualifications
* Proven experience in TIG welding and precision fabrication, ideally in motorsport, aerospace, or high-performance automotive sectors
* Strong familiarity with welding and forming thin-gauge exotic metals
* Ability to work from detailed technical drawings and specifications
* Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision
* High attention to detail and a passion for producing world-class quality work
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills
