Trevett Services are delighted to be partnering with an established Maintenance Service Provider to make the key appointment of Senior Mechanical Estimator. London centric with head office based in NW London £70k - £90k + package.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Sales Manager will be responsible for finding and developing new customers and work opportunities, while liaising and maintaining existing customer relationships, actively following leads on specific projects, and working closely with the management team to ensure that the company’s sales targets are achieved.
Key Duties:
* Work with the Board to develop a sales strategy and pipeline of opportunities that aligns with the 5 year business plan aspirations.
* Continually look to find new or potential clients that meet with the business requirements and our culture. Collate and provide details of these organisations including key individuals.
* Attend tender strategy meetings with Estimators and senior teams to understand tender development.
* As required maintain dialogue with the clients or professional teams as agreed at strategy meetings during tender and post tender period and act as the conduit to establish key project information to assist with our win strategy.
* Assist with and create new opportunities on and continually update and manage the data on the Sales CRM system and capture details of all key client and professional team members and other useful/helpful contacts including key contact details.
About you:
* Proven experience in Sales or Business Development in the M&E Building Services sector.
* Have good interpersonal skills, including presentation and communication.
* Have good knowledge of market sectors aligned to our business plan and industry / market trends and opportunities arising.
