About Adfabric
Adfabric is a multi-award winning, future-driven media planning and buying agency. We’re building the agency of tomorrow—combining top talent with cutting-edge technology to deliver real business results for ambitious clients. Our challenger client base spans Banking, Entertainment, Hospitality, Tech, FMCG, and Telecoms.
As a 100% founder-owned agency, we have the freedom to innovate and shape our own path. As a small team, with incredibly strong relationships with our clients and media partners there are no layers of stakeholders and processes that get in the way of us testing the new and getting stuff done. We’re an IPA accelerator agency - passionate about experimentation, continuous learning, and building best practices for the future of PPC. If you’re a self-starter, looking to thrive in a pioneering, entrepreneurial environment, we want you to work with our team to build our future facing paid search product.
The Role
Looking to get ahead in your career in PPC? We’re building a next generation agency, and looking for a bright and driven PPC expert to support us in shaping our future focused PPC product and team.
As Senior PPC Manager, you’ll lead the planning, activation, and optimisation of paid search campaigns across paid search platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with our Founder, a Paid Media Executive, and an Automation Engineer to continue to evolve strategy through to delivery of our already high performing search accounts.
You’ll play a key role in shaping our agency’s paid search proposition, integrating paid search with the wider media mix, and mentoring future talent. This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to grow into broader digital leadership as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Leadership: Lead and manage paid search strategy, planning, and execution for a diverse client base.
• Innovation: Stay ahead of paid search trends, testing and deploying new tools and approaches.
• Team Development: Mentor and upskill junior team members; help build and lead a growing PPC team.
• Automation & AI: Partner with our Automation Engineer to develop and implement AI-driven PPC management and reporting solutions.
• Performance Analysis: Analyse complex data sets, optimise campaigns, and deliver actionable insights to exceed performance benchmarks.
• Budget & Commercial Accountability: Manage campaign budgets, ensure ROI, and contribute to agency revenue growth.
• Cross-Channel Integration: Ensure paid search is aligned with clients’ full media mix (paid and organic).
• New Business: Support the agency in pitching and onboarding new clients.
• Continuous Learning: Foster a test-and-learn culture and embrace ongoing professional development.
Requirements
• 5+ years’ agency experience in planning and activating search campaigns (Google & Microsoft Ads).
• Strong analytical skills; advanced proficiency with Excel, Looker Studio, and data analysis tools.
• Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager, GA4).
• Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver commercial results.
• Self-starter, proactive, solutions-focused, and adaptable.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills.
• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Experience integrating paid search with broader digital or media strategies is a plus.
Reporting Line
This role reports directly to the Founder.
• Hybrid working (1–2 days/week in Soho office)
• Commitment to CPD (continuous professional development) as an IPA Accelerator agency
• Accelerated career development and exposure across agency disciplines
• Inclusive, diverse, and supportive team culture
*Benefits apply after successful completion of probation.
