Paralegal - Dispute Resolution Banbury or Coventry | Full-time | Permanent Our client, a highly regarded regional law firm, is seeking a motivated Paralegal to join their busy Dispute Resolution team, based in either Banbury or Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual with experience in Litigation or Dispute Resolution, looking to progress their legal career within a supportive and professional environment. The Role: You'll work closely with a Senior Solicitor, providing full paralegal and administrative support across a variety of dispute resolution matters. You'll assist with case preparation, liaise with clients and third parties, and ensure files are managed efficiently and in line with firm procedures. Key Responsibilities: Liaising with clients, Counsel, and third parties in a professional manner. Preparing and managing case documentation, correspondence, and court bundles. Drafting legal documents and attendance notes under supervision. Conducting legal research to support ongoing cases. Managing case files, key dates, and compliance requirements. Time recording and assisting with billing procedures. Providing general administrative support to the department. About You: Minimum 1 year's experience in a Dispute Resolution or Litigation department. Strong organisational, drafting, and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and case management systems. Professional, proactive, and client-focused approach. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
