Industry: Construction Contract Type: Permanent Summary: We are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a private family-owned main contractor’s West Midlands division. This is a site-based role where you will be supported by a Senior Quantity Surveyor. The projects you will be involved with include police stations and other security-related developments, alongside traditional NEC contracts. The role offers valuable exposure to a variety of contract types and project scopes within a supportive team environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months’ site experience and be eager to develop their commercial and quantity surveying skills on complex and sensitive projects.
