MGP are a busy Hailsham based Specialist Steel Construction & Property Management Company
Due to long standing staff member relocating out of area - We are looking to employ – A Receptionist / Office Administrator in support of our daily operations
The Role
· To manage MGP's Front Desk and perform a wide variety of administrative and clerical tasks while being first point of contact either on telephone or in person
Responsibilities -
· Answer, Monitor & Direct incoming phone calls
· Managing & Distributing correspondence both "In" & "Out"
· Administer & Manage various databases including for example - Staff Training, Company Certifications, Vehicle Maintenance …
· Ensure Stationary & Cloakroom Stores are monitored, maintained & kept stocked
· Perform other clerical duties such as filing & scanning
· Collate & issue for approval invoice paperwork ahead of onward distribution to Accounts for payment
Needed / Practical Info -
· A pleasant personality capable of staying calm and polite while multitasking
· Previous experience in administration, reception, bookkeeping or similar is preferred
· IT Literacy particularly with ref. Microsoft Office
· Professional Attitude and Appearance
· Must be Numerically & Literally competent
· Common sense and a positive attitude & willingness to work well as part of an existing small team
