Supply Chain Planner – Beauty Industry
Salary: up to £45,000.
Location: London – Hybrid working.
Type: Full Time / Permanent

As Supply Chain Planner, you’ll play a key role in helping streamline and support the end-to-end supply chain process. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth planning, forecasting, and inventory management – helping the brand scale sustainably and successfully.

Key Responsibilities:
* Own the supply and demand planning process across key product lines
* Work closely with internal teams (Sales, NPD, Operations) to ensure accurate forecasts
* Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to manage lead times and production schedules
* Monitor stock levels and identify risks to supply
* Contribute to process improvements as the business scales
* Support the implementation of supply chain systems and best practices
* Analyse historical sales data and market trends to support forecasting accuracy
* Help manage the critical path from product development to launch, ensuring timelines are met
* Previous experience in a supply chain or planning role (ideally within beauty, FMCG, or consumer goods)
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills
* A self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
* Strong Excel skills (experience with planning tools is a bonus)
* A team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
