With global sales rising year-on-year and partnerships with industry giants like Boots and Sephora, BYOMA is redefining accessible, science-backed skincare. This newly created position reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and sits at the strategic heart of the business. You'll bridge the gap between Sales Directors and Commercial Analysts, transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive global growth.

Key Responsibilities
* Partner with Sales Directors responsible for global jurisdictions to validate budgets, forecasts, and performance data
* Lead monthly board pack preparation, delivering polished presentations for senior stakeholders
* Own the quarterly reforecasting process and provide strategic recommendations to optimise performance
* Monitor key metrics across retail and e-commerce channels, identifying trends and opportunities
* Act as the critical link between sales and finance teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Manage one Analyst level direct report
Previous Experience
We\'re seeking someone with senior commercial finance or FP&A leadership experience, ideally gained within beauty, FMCG, or consumer goods. You\'ll bring exceptional analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency and financial modelling expertise, combined with the ability to confidently present complex information to board-level audiences. As a strategic thinker who thrives in rapid-growth environments, you\'ll add a global perspective to everything you do. Most importantly, you\'ll have a genuine passion for the industry and creating products that resonate worldwide, and be ready to actively contribute to the brand\'s growth worldwide.
