Responsibilities
* Prepare all coffee, tea and juices along with other breakfast beverages.
* Training and coaching other bar staff on beverage preparation, recipes and standards.
* Lead and communicate with colleagues during the bar operation.
* Follow the production sequence of all beverage products and the bar sequence of service.
* Achieve service and product delivery standards with a high degree of client care and service at all times.
* Set up and operate the bar station/section.
* Maintain excellent knowledge of all food and beverage items served in the bars.
* Provide services for guests such as taking orders and promoting the outlet’s food and beverages offerings.
* Provide recommendations and preparation of wine, cocktails and spirit choices for guests.
Working pattern
As a Barista, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 40 hours a week. Shift patterns vary (including weekends and bank holidays).
