HVAC Engineer - PPM & Reactive Maintenance Location: LE67 Sector: Logistics / Warehouse Environment
Qualification Required: Level 3 and above
Advertised by HaysAre you an experienced HVAC Engineer looking for a stable role within a modern logistics and warehouse environment? Hays is recruiting for a skilled engineer to carry out a mix of PPM and reactive maintenance across HVAC systems on a busy operational site
What you'll be doing:
* Delivering planned preventative maintenance on all HVAC assets
* Responding to reactive calls and breakdowns
* Fault-finding, diagnosing issues and completing repairs
* Working safely within a high-volume warehouse environment
* Completing documentation and maintaining service records
What you'll need:
* Level 3 qualification or above in HVAC, Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, or Building Services
* Strong experience in both PPM and reactive maintenance
* Good diagnostic and problem-solving capability
* Previous experience working in logistics, warehouse, or similar industrial
