What you’ll be doing
1. Defining the technical vision.
2. Leading technical teams to deliver on that vision.
3. Helping to unblock technical experts.
4. Transforming service for both colleague (journeys) and customer (self-serve) journeys.
5. Improving technology E2E to support provision.
6. Ensuring we have the right technology to enable Business compliance to our financial & audit requirement.
Skills and Experience
7. Transformation leadership : driving IT or digital (self-serve) programmes with measurable business outcomes
8. E2E knowledge : of technology supporting customers with particular focus on service/provision, project management, technical design & handover to service. Knowledge of self-serve platforms, Pega, ServiceNow or other provision environments a plus but not essential.
9. Telco expertise : either product or technology.
10. Strategic vision : experience creating & executing long-term technology strategies with a link to business needs.
Experience:
11. Experience in provision environments
12. Experience making complex technology decisions in ambiguous settings
13. Experience working with agile teams & delivery cycles
14. Knowledge of relevant technologies and architecture (IT and Network) as they relate to provision, project management & technical design.
15. Deep understanding of commercial objectives
16. Experience leading diverse multi-functional teams
