Salary: £45,000 - 45,000 per year Requirements: Proven experience in analysing complex data sets to identify weaknesses in data quality controls Excellent understanding of the principles of data quality and a track record of driving improvements Knowledge of data management practices and data analysis techniques and tools Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy Experience in taking a data-led approach to analysing corporate performance Ability to explain complex information and influence stakeholders for improvements Ability to produce robust documentation relating to corporate reporting Educated to Level 3 (A level or equivalent) or higher Awareness of statutory and regulatory requirements relating to Asset Management, Customer Services, and Health & Safety (desirable) Good knowledge of IT systems used in social housing (desirable) Ability to understand data tables, SQL, and/or system interfaces (desirable) Responsibilities: Undertake in-depth and complex data analysis to support stakeholders Develop and enhance our approach to data quality and reporting Collaborate with operational teams to ensure accuracy and reliability of outputs Design and deliver a programme of ongoing data quality testing Provide assurance over the accuracy and integrity of source data and reporting Contribute to targeted projects aimed at improving data quality Produce clear and structured work plans to guide analytical activity Build effective relationships with stakeholders to strengthen data assurance efforts Identify efficiencies and new ways of working, including automation Technologies: Support SQL LESS More: At The Guinness Partnership, we are one of the leading providers of affordable housing in England, serving nearly 160,000 residents nationwide.
