We're a leading facilities management company based in Stockport, and due to expansion and growth, we're seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our established HR team. As a key member of the team, you'll partner with senior leaders to drive business outcomes, develop talent, and foster a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance on people issues
- Develop and deliver talent management initiatives
- Support organisational change and development
- Collaborate with HR team to drive HR projects and initiatives
- Support payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
What We Are Looking For:
* You'll have extensive experience in ER case management and employment law knowledge on a range of HR issues such as attendance, capability, disciplinary, flexible working, TUPE.
* You'll be able to demonstrate your ability to develop and implement HR polices and procedures, including the ability to evaluate learning interventions and adapt approaches based on ability and feedback.
* You'll possess impeccable time management and organisation skills with a strong eye for detail to own your workload and deliver on business KPIs.
* CIPD qualification is desirable, but not essential.
