Purpose of the role:
We are looking for a talented Demi Chef de Partie to bring flair and passion to our Great Gallery restaurant one of the finest dining spaces in London.
If you are passionate about creating memorable dining experiences in a prestigious setting, we would love to welcome you to our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Adaptable and willing to work across all sections of the kitchen as needed.
Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes within assigned kitchen sections, ensuring quality and consistency.
Follow the guidance and instructions of the Chef de Partie to support the efficient operation of the section.
Comply with all food hygiene, health and safety regulations, and adhere to the clubs food policies.
About you:
Demonstrable experience working as a Demi Chef de Partie in a similar establishment
Genuinely passionate about cooking, with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Experience and desire to cook different styles of cuisine
Basic food hygiene skills
