We are looking for a Team Manager to join our Assessment and Review leadership team within Care Direct Plus Southern, contributing to a vital front door service for Adult Social Care.
The team works directly with citizens, responding to enquiries about their needs and ensuring support is provided through advice, signposting and assessment in line with relevant legal frameworks.

About the Role
As Team Manager, you will work alongside peers and senior leaders to support the delivery of assessment, review and care management services within a busy front door environment.
You will:
- Work as an integral member of a supportive leadership group, contributing to a high-performing and cohesive management team
- Support staff to respond to citizen enquiries, promoting strengths-based conversations, timely responses and positive outcomes
- Enable your team to work confidently within relevant legal frameworks, providing guidance on complex decision-making and practice.
- Help manage a fast-paced and changing workload, ensuring demand is effectively balanced and prioritised
- Work closely with strategic partners across health, social care, and the community to deliver coordinated and effective outcomes for people
- Use insight and performance information to support continuous improvement and high-quality service delivery
- Support the team in managing complex situations and risk, ensuring safe, proportionate and legally compliant practice
