Overview
Our client, a large/expanding food manufacturer, is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide HR Generalist support. This is a customer-facing role with a hybrid pattern of 4 days in the office and 1 day from home.
Responsibilities
* Provide HR generalist guidance and support to internal stakeholders.
* Employee relations: liaise and advise on disciplinaries and grievances, ensuring accuracy of documentation.
* Involvement in all aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruitment, training, development, engagement, retention, and more.
* Lead or support various HR, business change and growth projects as required.
* Ideally experience of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (or similar).
* Strong communication skills with the ability to develop excellent cross-functional relationships.
* Proven relationship-building experience.
