Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Towcester (Northampton) for a Firstline Support Engineer. The engineer will act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving technical and client support issues. Daily responsibilities include providing technical support, assisting clients with operating system inquiries, and resolving service-related problems effectively. Collaboration with team members and ensuring an excellent customer experience will be integral to this role.

* Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support
* Client Support and Client Service experience
* Knowledge and experience with Operating Systems
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
* Relevant certifications or coursework in IT or technical support are a plus
