This is a full-time, paid role, offering a unique opportunity to work alongside outstanding teachers, build vital classroom skills, and make a meaningful difference in students’ lives.

Full-time, salaried Graduate Teaching Assistant position

Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting classroom teaching across your specialist subject or more broadly as needed
Working 1:1 or in small groups to help students build subject confidence and skills
Assisting with lesson planning, resource creation, and behaviour management
Contributing to a positive, inclusive classroom environment
Gaining a deep understanding of how schools operate day to day
Ideal candidates will:
Be graduating in 2025 or have recently graduated with a 2:1 or higher
Preferably come from a Russell Group or Top 20 UK university
Be passionate about working with young people and committed to their progress
Have a strong interest in at least one of the key subject areas listed above
Be reliable, adaptable, and ready to take initiative
Prior experience with children or young people (formally or informally) is an advantage, but not essential
