Location & Hours
Location: Work from home with occasional travel to the site at East Hyde, Bedfordshire.

Your Responsibilities
As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a crucial role in our Natural Resources commercial team, supporting the Water Framework for Thames Water. Your responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating with the project delivery team to ensure effective contractual control and cost management across various sectors.
* Gaining exposure to the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction through to project delivery.
* Managing the commercial aspects of subcontract accounts, from procurement to interim and final account agreements, and negotiating final accounts for optimal outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you:
* Hold a relevant academic qualification in a construction-related degree.
* Possess a full driving license.
* Have prior experience in a commercial role for a contractor.
* Are familiar with a variety of contract forms.
