SENIOR EVENTS & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Salary: Up to £32,500 (dependent on skills and experience)

Contract: 14-month Fixed Term (Maternity Cover)

Working Pattern: Full time, hybrid (minimum 2 days per week in our Oswestry office)

Closing Date: 16th July 2025

About the role

Do you love creating memorable events that bring people together and leave a lasting impact? We’re looking for a passionate and organised Senior Events & Marketing Executive to join us on a fixed-term maternity cover contract.

You’ll take the lead on planning, marketing and delivering a wide range of dental business-themed events – from large-scale exhibitions and hands-on workshops to engaging virtual webinars. You’ll be at the heart of the action, turning creative ideas into seamless experiences that inspire, connect and support dental business growth.

As well as managing the logistics and delivery of events, you’ll be instrumental in developing and executing marketing campaigns that generate awareness, engagement and attendance. Working with our design team, you’ll help shape the look and feel of each event – ensuring everything from artwork to messaging aligns with our brand and resonates with our audience.

You’ll work closely with a friendly, talented team and take ownership of your projects from concept to evaluation – helping shape an events and marketing strategy that truly delivers.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who thrives on making things happen and enjoys the buzz of bringing people together. You’ll have experience managing multiple events and campaigns simultaneously, with strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and a flair for creative, results-driven marketing.

You’ll be confident in fast-paced environments, collaborating with designers, marketers, speakers and suppliers – and just as comfortable rolling up your sleeves on-site as you are behind the scenes. You’ll have a keen eye for brand consistency and visual impact, working with our in-house teams to ensure every event feels cohesive, compelling and on-message.

Strong project management, budget handling and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to use data and customer insight to guide decisions, evaluate outcomes and continuously improve.

If you’ve delivered both in-person and virtual events, developed engaging marketing campaigns, and take pride in creating exceptional experiences, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll get in return

You’ll be part of a friendly, down-to-earth team that values collaboration, creativity and delivering great results. We offer hybrid working with a minimum of two days a week in our Oswestry office, plus the flexibility to work from home. You’ll also have the opportunity to travel occasionally to support events.

As well as a competitive salary, you’ll benefit from:

1. Annual performance-based bonus (linked to company and personal performance)
2. 28 days’ annual leave plus one additional 'culture day' and bank holidays
3. Company pension scheme – matched plus 2% (up to 10%)
4. Cashback and discounts with major retailers, leisure and wellbeing providers
5. Two paid volunteering days per year
6. Ongoing professional development
7. A varied role where no two days are the same

If you’re ready to bring energy, creativity and first-class organisation to a role where you can really make your mark, we’d love to hear from you.
