Division and Training
Enterprise Flex-E-Rent specializes in commercial vehicle rentals across the UK and Ireland. You'll receive both in-person coaching and online training from experienced mentors, learning essential business skills and preparing for future roles within the company.
Hours and Location
42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 07:30/8:30 to 16:30/17:30. Location: Enterprise Flex-E-Rent, Industrial Estate, Unit 8 St Laurence Ave, Aylesford ME16 0LL.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Assistance Representative, your role involves delivering exceptional customer service, supporting operations through administration, and managing a fleet of commercial vehicles. You will also develop new business, maintain relationships, and focus on revenue and cost management.
Key tasks include:
* Building customer relationships
* Communicating via in person, phone, and email
* Marketing and account management
* Handling customer requests and problem-solving
* Working to deadlines and administrative duties
Qualifications
* No driving license required; ability to commute to the office
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Outlook
* Excellent communication and customer care skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork
* Experience handling customer inquiries
* Ability to pass security checks
