About The Role
Are you a skilled electrical craftsperson looking for a role where your expertise truly matters? Join our team and play a vital part in building, installing, and maintaining high-voltage (HV) and low-voltage (LV) electrical networks across public and private industrial sites. As a Multi‑Skilled Craftsperson, you’ll work hands‑on with electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery for our customers.
What Youll Do
* Install, joint, and terminate LV and HV cables to the highest standards.
* Maintain and inspect substations, switchgear, and transformers.
* Carry out fault‑finding and minor repairs, providing accurate reports and photographic evidence.
* Follow strict Health & Safety processes, including risk assessments and site inductions.
* Liaise with customers to minimise disruption and ensure smooth project delivery.
What Were Looking For
* Proven experience with LV and HV electrical systems, including jointing and fitting.
* City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent qualification, plus a recognised Craft Apprenticeship / NVQ Level 3.
* Competent person authorisations for working on sites and substations.
* Strong communication skills and a professional approach.
* Full UK driving licence (Category B + E essential).
* Additional certifications such as PASMA, IPAF, CITB, ECS, Confined Space, and NRSWA accreditation are highly desirable.
