Teacher of English and Media - Job Responsibilities:
* Teach English and Media across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, ensuring engaging and stimulating lessons.
* Develop and deliver innovative lessons that inspire students to explore literature, language, and media texts.
* Use a range of teaching strategies to cater to the varying needs of students, including those with special educational needs and differing learning styles.
* Provide constructive feedback and set high expectations to help students achieve their best outcomes.
* Collaborate with colleagues in the English and Media department to develop the curriculum and share best practices.
* Contribute to the school community through extracurricular activities related to English, Media, or the wider curriculum.

Teacher of English and Media - The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a teacher who:
* Holds a relevant degree and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Has strong knowledge of the English and Media curricula and is comfortable teaching at KS3, KS4, and ideally KS5.
* Is a passionate, engaging, and dedicated educator who can inspire students.
* Demonstrates excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
* Is committed to continuous professional development and keen to progress in their teaching career.
* Ideally has experience teaching Media at A-Level (but not essential).
