Weekend Lifestyle Assistant (London – Remote or Office-Based) £20 per hour DOE | Approx. 26 hours/week | Permanent, Part-Time (Weekends) Somerset White is a high-end lifestyle management company working with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. We are looking for an exceptional Weekend Lifestyle Assistant to join our London-based team. This role is ideally suited to someone with a background in personal assistance, lifestyle management, luxury hospitality, events, or high-end travel. We are looking for candidates who are sharp, efficient, well-spoken, and genuinely enjoy solving problems and going the extra mile. Please note: due to the demands of the role, we are unable to consider applicants who also work full time during the week. The Role You will be responsible for supporting clients with weekend plans and last-minute requests, ensuring their days run seamlessly. Tasks may include: Monitoring and updating travel itineraries (e.g. checking in for flights, confirming transfers or hotel arrangements) Sourcing tickets to sold-out events or experiences Running errands (e.g. purchasing and delivering gifts or flowers) Making or amending restaurant and salon bookings Liaising with tradespeople or other suppliers Providing hands-on support for client dinners or weekend events Assisting the internal team with proactive research or planning documents Hours Saturday & Sunday: 8am – 7pm Plus 2–3 hours on Friday and Monday for handovers Total: approx. 26 hours per week The role can be office-based or fully remote, provided you are based in London and able to move quickly if needed.
