About the Role: As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs, both in and out of the classroom. You will work closely with teaching staff to help manage behaviour, build positive relationships and support engagement in learning, using a calm and consistent approach throughout the school day.
