Key Responsibilities
* Providing high quality secretarial support within the litigation team
* Managing case files both electronically and hard copy
* Managing diaries and scheduling appointments
* Preparing court documents and assisting with trial documents
* Handling telephone and email queries in a professional and timely manner
Skills and Experience
* 5 years secretarial experience in a litigation role
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Case Management Systems
* Excellent typing and document production skills with high attention to detail
* Effective organisation skills with ability to prioritise effectively
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive and adaptable approach to work
