A leading international law firm is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join its flexible resourcing arm, on a 3-month contract. The solicitor will work directly with one of the firm's major clients, providing support across a blend of employment litigation and non-contentious advisory work.

Description
* Provide day‑to‑day employment law advice to the client's internal legal and HR teams.
* Manage a mixture of contentious and non‑contentious employment matters.
* Support on disciplinary, grievance, performance, and general HR issues.
* Draft, review, and amend employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.
* Assist with employment tribunal matters, including document preparation and liaison with external counsel.
* Deliver project support and ad‑hoc legal input as required by the client.
Profile
* Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in employment law.
* Experience across both contentious and non‑contentious employment work.
* Ability to work independently and handle multiple deadlines.
