Job Description
What You’ll Do
* Lead multi-site security operations and ensure delivery against SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory, contractual, and client-specific security standards
* Manage and develop Site Leads, driving a culture of accountability and high performance
* Conduct regular site visits to support teams and maintain consistency across locations
* Act as an escalation point for operational issues, including participation in the on‑call rota
* Build strong, credible relationships with client stakeholders
* Monitor performance, identify trends, and implement corrective actions
* Maintain staffing levels and work closely with support functions (rostering, payroll, uniforms, etc.)
* Oversee risk assessments, H&S compliance, and accurate site documentation
* Identify opportunities for service improvements and operational efficiency
* Support the National Account Director with cost control and contract performance
* Promote and demonstrate the Securitas core values: Integrity, Vigilance, Helpfulness
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
Essential
* Right to work in the UK
* SIA Licence
* Full clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites
* Must be willing and able to commit to achieve DV Clearance
* 5‑year checkable employment history
* Strong experience managing multi-site security operations
* Proven track record of delivering operational performance and compliance
* Experience leading and developing teams in structured operational environments
* Understanding of UK Government/Public Sector security requirements
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and client-facing communication skills
* Strong knowledge of risk management and resource allocation
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
* High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion
Desirable
* Security Management qualification or similar
* Background in law enforcement, military, or corporate security
* eDV (Tier 4) clearance
* Experience in critical infrastructure or data centre environments
* Project management experience or qualification
