Maintenance manager

Job Role: Maintenance Manager (Mon-Fri)

Basic Starting Salary: £60 000 Per Year (includes a £5.5k car allowance paid every year) + £8000 Bonus (68k Package)

Location: Barnsley, South Yorkshire

Working Hours: Days & Afternoons | Monday-Friday

The Maintenance Manager Purpose

As the Maintenance Manager you will be working within a very modern state of the art manufacturing facility, maintaining production levels. You will have full responsibility & full autonomy for the management of a team of Engineers and Subcontractors based across site.

The Maintenance Manager Role & Responsibilities

1. Oversee and manage Planned & preventative maintenance.
2. Day to day machine breakdown resolutions.
3. Maintaining plant maintenance records.
4. Manage the engineering team.
5. Staff Recruitment.
