Key Responsibilities

Maintain rigorous standards of food hygiene, health, and safety compliance.
Efficiently manage food costs and kitchen budgets to align with business goals.
Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.
Keep menus fresh and innovative by staying up-to-date with culinary trends and customer preferences.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a senior culinary position, ideally in fine dining or premium corporate hospitality.
Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
Exceptional culinary skills with attention to detail in food presentation.
Comprehensive knowledge of food safety, health regulations, and hygiene standards.
Confidence in managing budgets and controlling food costs to maximize efficiency.
