We’re looking for a hands-on Part Time Digital Marketing Executive to lead strategy and content across three growing brands. This is not a “keep the socials ticking over” role. You’ll own the direction, shape campaigns and drive measurable impact. You’ll take end-to-end ownership of digital marketing activity, including: Developing and delivering innovative marketing strategies aligned to business objectives Managing and growing social media presence across multiple platforms Creating engaging blogs, campaigns, video content and thought leadership pieces Planning and executing targeted digital campaigns Driving lead generation and increasing quality applications Managing job advertising performance and engagement Owning website optimisation and weekly SEO activity Monitoring performance via Google Analytics and reporting on ROI Researching awards and industry recognition opportunities Managing marketing spend to ensure clear commercial return You’ll work closely with senior leadership, so confidence presenting ideas and responding positively to feedback is essential This is a part-time role (2–3 days per week), so strong prioritisation and commercial focus are essential. We’re Looking For Someone Who: Naturally generates fresh, creative campaign ideas Is confident presenting and defending marketing concepts Takes feedback constructively and refines work accordingly Can influence internal stakeholders and gain buy-in Balances creativity with commercial awareness Is proactive, self-motivated and accountable Stays ahead of digital trends and actively explores AI tools Essential Experience Proven digital marketing experience Experience managing multi-channel campaigns Experience shaping or owning marketing and social media strategy Strong content creation skills (social, blogs, campaigns) Canva (or similar design software) Google Analytics Email marketing platform (e.g. Mailchimp) Desirable: SEO tools, paid social management, multi-brand experience.
