Care Enquiry Advisor
£15.92 per hour - Weekly pay every Friday
Monday – Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm | Office Based
We’re looking for a customer-focused Care Enquiry Advisor to support individuals and families exploring residential care options. You’ll handle incoming enquiries, provide guidance on care services, and deliver an empathetic, high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Respond to enquiries about care services and available homes
2. Provide personalised advice and recommendations based on customer needs
3. Book care home visits (“show arounds”) for prospective residents and families
4. Follow up with customers after visits to provide support and gather feedback
5. Maintain accurate records using internal systems
6. Escalate complex queries or complaints when required
7. Support improvements to enquiry processes and customer experience
Requirements
8. Strong communication and customer service skills
9. Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
10. Experience managing multiple enquiries and prioritising workload
11. Good IT and system skills
12. Understanding of care services or the health/social care sector is desirable
Qualifications / Experience
13. GCSE-level English and Maths (or equivalent)
14. Previous experience in a customer service or similar role preferred
15. Customer service or administration qualification desirable
