Our Performance Lead will support our Resource and Planning team with formal employee relations meeting facilitation, with a heavy focus on cases around the Company sickness and absence policy whilst supporting in other cases. The Performance Lead will have the opportunity to work closely with our front-line team members, influencing and coaching in order to foster an inclusive workplace environment. You will actively address employee relations issues in the moment, formalising processes appropriately and sensitively holding meetings with diligent note taking and data capture alongside our onsite People Advisors.
