Job Description
3. Oversee and manage financial operations and processes for the business.
4. Lead the budgeting and monthly forecasting for P&L and balance sheet.
5. Assist with preparing financial reports, MI packs for growth funding, and managing covenants.
6. Support audit preparation and manage relationships with auditors.
7. Mentor and manage a small finance team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in tasks.
8. Develop and implement robust financial systems to support business growth.
9. Assist in drawing funding for expansion and manage financial compliance.
The Successful Applicant
10. Fully qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA preferred).
11. Strong experience in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
12. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a small finance team.
13. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
14. Experience with audits and managing MI packs for external stakeholders.
15. Ability to develop and implement robust financial systems.
16. Strong work ethic, reliable, and able to get things right the first time.
