Job Description

Ideally, you will have retail sales experience, but experience in any customer-focused sales environment is also valuable. We seek individuals who are quick and efficient workers, eager to learn product knowledge and skills to impress customers. You will learn how to demonstrate and explain our products and the practical aspects of our fitting services.
We invest heavily in training to help you develop your career, supporting your ambitions whether in retail or other areas within our group.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver excellent customer service
* Help customers understand their needs and provide suitable solutions
* Work proactively to assist customers
* Work on a rota basis, including weekends
* Achieve sales targets (preferred but not essential)
Minimum Requirements
* Experience in customer service and retail sales
* Proactive approach to customer assistance
* Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
