The Opportunity Were a well-established, market-leading company based in Wimborne, designing and installing commercial blinds and shading systems that help create better workplaces. To support our continued growth, were looking for a bright, motivated Project Assistant who can learn the ropes and grow into a Project Manager role over time.
Youll join a friendly, professional team where youll learn every aspect of project delivery planning, scheduling, purchasing, communication and client liaison. Its a varied, hands-on position where no two days are the same, ideal for someone who loves structure, problem-solving and teamwork.
What Youll Be Doing Supporting Project Managers to plan and deliver installations on time and within budget
Preparing and processing quotes, orders and project documents
Liaising with clients, suppliers and engineers to keep everyone updated
Coordinating deliveries, schedules and progress reports
Maintaining accurate records and data using internal systems
Helping to streamline processes and improve day-to-day operations
What Were Looking For You might already have experience in administration, coordination or operations, ideally within a technical, manufacturing or construction setting or you might be a graduate with an interest in architecture, design, or project management.
Most importantly, youll bring:
Excellent organisation and communication skills
Confidence working with people at all levels
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
A proactive, can-do attitude and desire to learn
Good IT skills (Microsoft Office essential)
