Ascent Dental are opening applications for a full-time Dental Receptionist to join our forward-moving, patient-centred team in Malvern. About the Role:
* You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, creating a warm, organised, and professional experience from the moment they walk through the door or pick up the phone
* The salary for this role is from £13 per hour, depending on experience
Hours:
This is a full-time permanent position, with no set working pattern, but the hours will typically be between 8.15 AM‑5:30 PM Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays.
Key Responsibilities
* You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, creating a warm, organised, and professional experience from the moment they walk through the door or pick up the phone
* Welcoming and checking in our patients
* Managing appointment bookings and recalls
* Handling patient enquiries with confidence and empathy
* Supporting the clinical team with smooth day‑to‑day practice operations
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring a high standard of organisation
What You'll Bring:
